Each year, we are hosting a series of events in the spring to allow people to bring their big questions and discover the difference that faith in Jesus has made to the lifes of others. Here at Grace Church, it is our strong conviction that Jesus is just as relevant today, as he was 2000 years ago. We have found that there is indeed “more to life”, and we’d love everyone to discover this for themselves too.
Whether you are a sceptic, an equirer or believer – you are welcome among us!
The following events are particularly suited to anyone who is curious about Jesus and questions of life and faith, no sign up required!

Sunday Guest Services, 10th + 17th May

more to life than safety?

James & Barbara spent years living and serving in parts of Africa, where they encountered significant hardship, danger, and levels of violence that few people ever face. What they endured should have driven them away for good.
But it didn’t. Remarkably, they chose to return and continue serving the people there.
Come and hear what motivates them – and how they came to believe that there is more to life than safety.

10th May, 10am, Canada Water Library

10th May, 4pm, Eltham College Chapel

17th May, 11am, Greenwich Theatre

more to life than existing?

Matt looked like a successful, career-driven Londoner – until Covid changed everything. A dying cancer patient radiating a joy and purpose Matt had never known stopped him in his tracks. That man follozoed Jesus. And soon, Matt did too.
Amina thought this life was all there was, so she lived recklessly, without much thought for what came after. She wasn’t looking for God, but when she discovered that He exists, and what He is really like, it changed everything.
Come and hear their stories, and discover how life can be far more than merely existing.

10th May, 11am, Greenwich Theatre

Yvonne grew up in North London and was a committed atheist from her early teens. As an adult, she built a successful career and seemed to have it all – family, home, and stability.

But behind the façade, she was spiralling into alcoholism and despair. One pivotal moment changed everything – lying in a hospital bed, she encountered a hope that would transform her life.

Come and hear her story, and discover hom she found that life can be far more than merely surviving.
